Shipping policy
Once received, we will prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible, but due to manufacturing times or product delays, shipping may take up to five (5) business days from receipt of purchase. If your shipment will be delayed for longer than 5 business days, you will be contacted via email provided to give you an estimate on when we expect your shipment will be on the way.
The customer is responsible for correctly entering the shipping address. If the shipping address is incorrectly input by the customer and the product does not arrive, Cornucopia Gourmet Popcorn Co. is not responsible for replacement or re-shipment. IF the shipping address was correct and the product is lost in the mail, please contact us so we can report the issue to Canada post and resolve it for you.
