Refund policy
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their popcorn purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at cornucopiapopcornco@gmail.com to let us know of your issue. Once we have discussed how we can help solve the problem, we will arrange with you a return or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you contact us after you have eaten the whole bag, unfortunately we cannot exchange your product (yes, this happens more than you might think). As soon as you have a concern about our product, pleases STOP eating it and get in touch with us at the email above about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Our satisfaction policy is if you are not satisfied, we will exchange your product for a replacement product. If we determine that we cannot exchange your product, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
